Sam holds MBA degree in Resources and Environment from TU Freiberg in Germany, BSc. in Geological Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi-Ghana and has over 18 years of experience in the mineral industry. Sam is a contract exploration manager for Pelangio Exploration Inc., Toronto, Canada gold projects in Ghana.
Sam played a very significant role in the discovery of two gold projects in Ghana, namely Abore North Gold Project in 1996 now operated by Asanko Gold Inc., and Manfo Gold Project in 2010 operated by Pelangio Ahafo (G) Limited a subsidiary of Pelangio Exploration Inc.
In the past, Sam worked for a variety of multinational mining companies such as Mutual Ghana Limited which was a subsidiary of Golden Knight Resources Inc, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, Leo Shield Exploration Ghana Limited and Sungold Limited both were subsidiaries of Perseus Mining Limited, Perth, Australia, Paramount Mining Corporation Limited on Diamond Projects and Xtra-Gold Mining Limited Edum Banso Gold Project.
Edmund Yaw Hassan
Edmund holds a Master of Business Administration in International Management of Resources and Environment from Freiberg Germany) and a Bsc.- Metallurgical Eng. from KNUST, Kumasi, Ghana.
Edmund has over 15 years’ experience in the mining and minerals industry of Ghana, having worked as a metallurgist with AnglogoldAshanti’s Iduapriem Mine in Tarkwa, and currently with TAL as operations and business development manager with responsibilities for administration and corporate affairs. Edmund has been involved severally with Paramount Mining, Pelangio Exploration Inc. and all TAL’s clients in the areas of government and stakeholder relations.
Apart from his duties with TAL, Edmund has since 2014 served on the Board of Directors of the Precious Minerals Mining Company (PMMC), the official buyer and exporter of precious minerals from Ghana.

Larry holds MSc in applied geochemistry from Acadia University, Canada, BSc (Hons) in Geological Engineering from the KNUST, Kumasi-Ghana and has over 18 years working experience in mineral industry.
Larry is a diversely skilled field and technology-oriented geoscientist whose experience spans three continents and multiple projects targeting gold, base metals and diamond deposits.
Larry worked for a variety of multinational mining companies in the past including Birim Goldfields and Nevsun Resources in Ghana, Castle Peak Mining Ltd, Pelangio Exploration Inc., Newmont Mining Ltd, to name a few.
Larry is currently engaged in providing consulting services in exploration geochemistry, geological data management, application of GIS techniques to mineral exploration, and resource modelling.
